In fact, KB prides themselves on having a companywide customer satisfaction index of over 95%! <br /> <br />Please help us show potential homebuyers that there are a lot of folks who love their KB homes (and neighborhoods!!) out there--not just a few disgruntled folks who are complaining on Web sites. <br /> <br />Just remember when you're doing your research...it's been shown that UNHAPPY customers generally tell anywhere from 3-8 times as many people about their experience as HAPPY customers!
